To review documents relating to the existing work practices at BHP’s Olympic Dam mine site.
To identify ways to improve existing work practices so they meet the safety standard.
To engage with key staff to understand the work practices relating to the standard; the practicalities of undertaking routine work practices; and any difficulties in implementing the existing procedures
To design a simplified procedure template.
To draft a new set of safe work procedures.
