Our client: SA Water

The task: To define and document SA Water’s (Wastewater Assets) strategic direction for 2016-17 in accordance with the organisation’s broader corporate strategy and in a way that is consistent with international asset management best practice (ISO 55000).

Our role:

  1. To develop a business plan that provides a structure for the team to meet its individual objectives, while still supporting the organisation’s wider corporate objectives and aligning with international asset management best practice (ISO 55000).
  2. To develop a simple and effective way of communicating the team’s work plan to the broader organisation.
