The task: To project manage and coordinate SA Water’s organisation-wide asset management improvement program to maximise the value of assets to SA Water customers.
Our role: To draw on our knowledge of international asset management best practice (ISO 55000) and the International Asset Management (IAM) framework to develop and implement the governance processes required to manage the program of work.
